About the Item
An antique solid mahogany Ship’s Wheel with 8 turned spokes having good size and weight. The axle has an iron core and polished brass front cap on one side. Both sides of the wheel have handsome brass banding.
Dimensions: 44 1/2" W x 3 3/8" D
Condition: Various acceptable signs of age include one small split beneath the brass banding, dents and wear to brass cap, overall wear and metal oxidation consistent with age and use. Please see detail photos for condition.
