French wall barometer in a finely carved mahogany case with trailing fruit and vines surmounted by a lions mask, enamel dial with seven weather indications signed ‘Mon. Loiseau Boucart Sr., 35, Quai De L’Horloge, Paris’. Aneroid capsule movement with central steel pointer and separate pointer for hand setting, circa 1880.
