About the Item
A near complete set of WWII signal flags from HMS MTB 702. Can be used as a light dog coat, bibs for children, dresses, magic tricks and the like :-)
HMS MTB 702HMS MTB 702 was a Fairmile D Class Motor Torpedo Boat and was built by P.K Harris
Sons Ltd of Appledore, commissioned on 31st October 1943 and was commanded by T/lt Francis Truman Goodfellow until the middle of 1945.
The number and letter flags are all present and stamped, the Burgee, Ensign, Jack and Signal book are missing, all contained within its rare and original canvas roll. Some age related staining and discolouration, the odd minor hole to a handful of flags.
