About the Item

A pair of navigational port and starboard brass post lights with Fresnel glass lens. These are full round post lights from a decommissioned ship mounted on an 8" diameter teak base. Rewired for American use. These take a standard base light bulb and have an on/off switch on the base. The Lockhart Collection is a personally curated gallery of antiques and fine jewelry, owned and operated by Deborah Lockhart Phillips. The antiques and vintage pieces encompass Nautical Artifacts Instruments, Art Deco and Mid-Century Modern Furniture and Lighting, British Campaign furniture, and of course the finds that simply defy being categorized. The Lockhart Collection is a notable and trusted resource for many interior designers and movie production companies. An affinity for the sea, spirit of adventure, a discerning eye and a belief in keeping life interesting, informs her style and therefore the collection. Deborah sources quality, one-of-a-kind and distinguished pieces; found both domestically and abroad and has done so for over 30+ years. Located on Nantucket Island.
