Unique style marine binnacle by American maker John Hand and Son of Philadelphia. With polished and lacquered brass hood, compass, base trim, and rarely found wide brass strips on base. The compensating ball brackets are also polished and lacquered brass. The interior has warm lighting installed. Circa 1930
