Nautical cigar cutter with a hole and cutting blade in the column. When the wheel is turned, the blade is engaged to cut the tip off the cigar. This cutter has been meticulously polished and lacquered. The cutter is mounted to a marble base with an ash well. Weight: 2 lbs.
