About the Item

Wonderful large altar made of embossed and hand-engraved metal with decorations depicting clouds and winged cherubs. Gilded and lacquered wooden base. A major Italian antique item where the craftsmanship and choice of materials result in a unique and unrepeatable item. In our workshop in Tuscany, a conservative restoration was performed without altering the original patina and charm of the time, according to the craft techniques of the time.
