A fine antique brass telescope, stamped Andrew J. Lloyd Company, a Boston, MA retailer active 1850-1875. Brass tubes and fittings, includes the original collapsible wooden tripod stand and the original wooden dovetailed travel case. Not in good working condition, may need some cleaning or restoration, with minor surface rubs, minor dents, and light wear commensurate with age and use. Dimensions: Telescope: 35 in L x 2.75 in Diameter, closed; extends an additional 19.5 inches; Tripod: 60 in H x 31 in W x 31 in D. Ref: 8
