About the Item
A large collection of 47 mid 19th century dried grass
wheat specimens, all with their original card labels.
Each specimen has later been mounted on verdigris green painted canvas laid on board, the majority of the labels are legible and in very good condition, the odd one has faded with time.
All the mounts measure approx 8cm in width, and range in height from 15cm to 55cm
