A stunning pair of French Opera glasses clad in alternating Mother of Pearl or Nacre shell and Abalone shell, creating a striped / two-tone design. They are in full working order, dating to c.1910 / 1920 and come complete with their original leather case, the push button opener with an initial "C" possibly for the French optical specialist, Chevalier or Paris.
