Vintage Ice Skate File.
An unusual hand held ice skate blade file. The body of this sharpening tool is made of cast iron and painted black, although there are chips to the paint. It is fitted with a double sided file, adjustable side and on one side can be seen 'PAT D OCT.24.1893.'
