Wooden Lawn Tennis Racket, WONDER
A nice ash frame lawn tennis racket with unusual long and narrow shape head, with convex walnut wedge. The wedge is stamped 'Wonder'. The racket has the original gut strings, three rows of trebling to the top and bottom. The handle is stamped 12 ½ oz on one side and is with the original leather butt cap. A good example of a Victorian racket, stamped with old owners initials 'D.A.K.'.
