Beautifully carved two tone Malacca Gentleman's walking stick with snakes
This is a finely carved piece with an enclosed fist as the handle and raised entwined serpents along the length of the stick, and nearer the bottom they are being pursued by a small animal (a Mongoose ? )
The stick also has star motifs on the shaft to add decorative interest.
A lovely and unusual antique stick and all in such good antique condition with very little general wear, it is 33.5” long
