About the Item
Antique Golf Club 'The Lofter'.
A beautiful unusual designed persimmon socket head spoon, 'The Lofter'. The club head with two small lead weights to rear, traditional horn slip along the leading edge of the sole but a very unusual sole. A lot of the sole has been removed so there is just a small ridge running from the face to the back of the club, sole with a 'T' brass plate. The club head marked with professionals name (illegible) and club name "The Lofter".
A wonderful collectors club but with a new grip could easily become a great usable hickory, approximate 19° Loft. Swing weight C-1
