Taxidermy Paradise Shelduck (Tadorna variegata) Endemic to New Zealand, the female paradise shelduck features a striking white head and chestnut body. These shelducks are known for their lifelong pair bonds and primarily graze on pasture grasses and clover. Classified as a species of least concern by the IUCN, they are also seasonally hunted as game birds. This expertly preserved specimen showcases the unique beauty of the paradise shelduck. There is a hook in the back to easily hang on a wall. Measures: 14" x 19" x 39"
