19th Century Turned Wood Tobacco Jar. Attractive and skillfully made 19th Century turned Lignum Vitae tobacco pot with lid. The treen with fitted, turned lid has a center raised finial handle. The stepped lid is over a cylindrical ring turned body and a stepped base. The whole jar has a rich patina. Good condition. Touch up on finial Measurements: H 4.75” x Diameter 3.5”
