About the Item
A fine antique Austrian pair of cigar nips.
In the form of a seated lion with an open mouth.
Between the lion's jaws are a pair of ball finials attached to a pair of retracted steel cigar nips. To extend the ball ends are squeezed together and the nips slide out.
Marked Austria to the base of one foot..
Simply a wonderful, whimsical antique cigar accessory!

It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition.
Condition Details:
There is some oxidation or rust to the cigar nips and there is a slight bit of resistance to pull them out. Otherwise, there are some fine
light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.

Marked Austria to the sole of the lion's back left foot.
