About the Item

Savinelli Giubileo d’Oro straight billiard pipe, one of the most prestigious high-grade lines from the famous Italian pipe maker. The Giubileo d’Oro series is renowned for showcasing only the finest, most flawless briar, selected for its exceptional grain and absence of imperfections. The bowl and shank display a rich, complex birdseye and straight grain pattern, enhanced by the smooth polished finish that highlights the natural depth of the briar. Its tall, straight-walled billiard form exudes classical balance and elegance, with proportions that reflect Savinelli’s mastery of traditional pipe design. Adding to its distinction, this piece is fitted with a 10k gold band, engraved to indicate its precious metal content, which reinforces the shank while giving the pipe a touch of luxury. The black vulcanite stem, showing the expected signs of light wear and oxidation from age, carries the Savinelli logo inlaid on the side, harmonizing with the golden accent. Stamped on the shank are the clear marks: “Savinelli Giubileo d’Oro”, denoting its elite grade within the brand’s hierarchy. This stamp is reserved for pipes representing the pinnacle of their production, equivalent to a showcase of their best briar.
