S.T. Dupont Gold-Plated Ligne 1 Lighter, Paris, c.1970s
A finely crafted gas lighter by renowned French luxury brand S.T. Dupont, Paris. This elegant Ligne 1 model is presented in its classic rectangular form with a signature diamond-patterned guilloché surface and polished gold-plated finish.
Stamped to the base with S.T. Dupont, Paris, Made in France, along with the 20-micron gold mark (20μ), full serial number, and Dupont maker’s stamp. The roller mechanism and hinged lid function smoothly with a crisp “ping,” a hallmark of Dupont’s engineering excellence.
Fully serviced and in lovely vintage condition, with minor wear consistent with age. A refined and functional piece, suitable for collectors and enthusiasts of modernist design.
