About the Item
A pair of original metal roller skates, made to attach to the shoes to become skates. The pieces are heavily patinated with some remnants of the leather binding. Wooden wheels are all in tact.
A compliment to many spaces as decorative or even as bookends. The pair have definitely seen better days but are a great reminder of the ingenuity of making a pair of tennis shoes into a skate.
We have found them to be excellent bookends.
