Pair of intriguing Art Deco period bronze clad bookends titled "Graphic Arts" by Pompeian Bronze. Executed in relief, they depict an artist or scribe and a potter at work dressed in classic draped attire. Cold-painted in polychrome, with copper over white metal and finished with bronze. The pair is nicely weighted to secure heavier books. Marked on back "Graphic Arts" and "Pompeian Bronze."
