This exceptional pair of Art Deco bookends was crafted in the United States circa 1940. The rare set features a stylized longhorn bull design in solid, polished brass metal, mounted on a geometric black and gray marble plinth base. The bookends are heavy and very stable, perfect for holding tall books. There is no visible designer's signature.
Measurements: 9.63 in wide (24.5 cm) by 2.57 in deep (6.5 cm) by 6.69 in high (17 cm).
