French Art Deco gilt bronze German shepherd dog and black marble bookends.
This beautiful pair of bookends features gilt bronze German shepherd dog figures mounted on black marble bases. France, circa the 1930s.
Dimensions: height: 11 cm / 4.33 in; width: 18 cm / 7.08 in; depth: 8.5 cm / 3.34 in.
In good condition with age-appropriate signs of use. A slight patina on bronze, some signs of use on marble - some minor nicks to corners of marble.
