Antique Large Victorian Chinoiserie Black Lacquer Papier Mâché Dressing Screen or Room Divider C1900
This fine quality large Victorian Chinoiserie dressing screen, crafted around 1900, features exquisite black lacquer papier mâché with attractive designs painted on one side and inlaid on the other. A rare find that would look amazing in the right location, showcasing a lovely age and patina.
Dimensions:
Four panels, each measuring 41cm wide x 183cm high.
Condition:
In good antique condition with minor historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs, and alterations, which are to be expected with functional antique furniture.
Please note that some hinges have been replaced.
No signs of woodworm.
