About the Item
Place this elegant antique coffer at the foot of a king size bed. Crafted in Italy, circa 1880, the rectangular trunk stands on bracket feet. Heavily carved on all three sides with arch and foliage decor, the cabinet features carved panels on the facade.
When opening the top and securing it with side ledger.
The Louis XIII style cassone is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich walnut patina. Keys included.
