About the Item

One-of-a-kind leather waste bin, designed by Gordon Keeler, a renowned craftsman from New Hampshire. Crafted from beautifully patinated cognac saddle leather, the bin features a braided leather detail and a keyhole design for easy hanging or movement. Keeler dedicated his life to creating fine handcrafted items and was a respected member of the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen, exhibiting his work for 57 consecutive years at their Annual Craftsmen’s Fair. His creations in both leather and wood embody the rich tradition of craftsmanship that thrives in the region. Signed by Keeler, 1970s.
