About the Item
This coat rack is an authentic piece designed and crafted by the Austrian Werkstätten Of Herta Baller, probably designed by Walter Bosse. It was made using the finest materials, in this case beautiful medium-dark wood and brass hooks and screws. The rack is easily installed in your home as it already comes with the necessary fixtures attached on the back.
The design can be described as typically mid-century. The special look of the hooks is very close to the works of Carl Aubock, who spent years of his study at the Bauhaus school in Weimar, the influences on his design are clearly visible.
No alterations have been made to this piece. Excellent condition.
