About the Item
This impressive French Art Deco coat rack from the 1930s is a perfect example of the period’s refined metal craftsmanship. Made from solid wrought iron and newly nickel-plated, it presents a striking interplay of hammered textures, circular ornaments and strong vertical lines. The polished surface reflects light beautifully, highlighting every detail of the hand-worked metal.
Sculptural half-sphere hooks provide generous hanging space and give the piece a distinctly architectural look. At the bottom sits a wide umbrella stand with three drip trays, while a small black marble shelf in the center offers a convenient place for keys or everyday essentials. The gently curved top rail completes the silhouette and adds a light, elegant touch.
