Eye-catching gold gilt hand-forged iron coat / hat rack in the form of a giant key. Spain, 1940s
This large key shaped hat and coat rack has 3 large coat hanging hooks. It has a pretty beautiful gothic style design, all made in wrought iron. It is richly adorned by the hammer marks thorough. It has a nice aged patina showing its original gold leaf gilding.
This is an attractive and useful piece and it will be a cool accent used in a countryside house, rustic, spanish revival, classical or contemporary decoration.
