Circa 1900-1909 expandable hat or coat rack from France. The rack is turned from cherry and has ten hand turned hat or coat hangers. The rack as shown measures 37 w x 6 d x 15 h. When closed, the rack measures 7 w x 6 d x 20.5 h. These accordion racks are very useful in any room of the house or office. They add a bit of French charm and usefulness in any room in which they are placed.
