A major exponent in Italian design, Giotto Stoppino’s name was associated with some of the best brands throughout his career. As part of the cabinet, Stoppino was also a key proponent of Neo-Liberty: an Italian architectural movement which evolved in the late 1950s in opposition to international modernism. Stoppino’s prolific career saw the creation of many influential and distinctive pieces, often combining an innovative use of plastic with a futuristic design aesthetic.
