About the Item

Stunning Mid-Century Italian magazine rack in solid brass and perforated enameled light green metal. This incredibly stylish and unique piece was designed by Cesare Lacca and produced in Italy during the 1950s. Fully original and in fantastic condition. This charming magazine rack features a sculptural structure in solid brass with a wonderful golden tone. The four tapered legs, angled outward, and the upper bent brass handle make this piece extremely elegant. The central sling is made of perforated bent metal finished in a delicate pale green that pairs beautifully with the golden tone of the brass. A highly decorative and collectible object, perfect for enriching a Mid-Century Modern, Hollywood Regency, or contemporary interior with a touch of 1950s Italian elegance.
