This is a large antique country house hotel umbrella stand. An English, oak 24 division stick rack with removable trays, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1860.
Exceptional proportion, ideally suited to a hotel reception or large estate
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order
Select oak stocks present fine grain interest and rich caramel hues
Arranged into 24 divisions, over a trio of removable drip trays
Fascinating gothic overtones to the prominent corners
Each gently time worn tray can be removed for ease of clearing collected water
