About the Item

French Art Deco Wooden Desk Wastebasket or Umbrella Stand- Desk Accessory - 1930s Elegant French wooden wastebasket, which can also be used as an umbrella stand. Art Deco object, circa 1930. This piece features a strong geometric structure composed of vertical slats, resting on small spherical feet. The dark-stained hardwood surface shows a beautiful original patina, with visible traces of use, small marks and light scratches, consistent with its age. A decorative accessory, ideal for a desk, office or entryway ! Last two pictures shows it either used as an umbrella stand, or a wastebasket. Dimensions : 42cm height x 31cm x 31cm
