Article: Umbrella stand in style of Matégot Origin: France Age: 1950s This original vintage umbrella stand was produced in the 1950s in France. It is made of solid metal in white lacquered tone. At the top this umbrella stand has a wonderful formed brass tone metal hook. Straightforward and Minimalistic design of the Bauhaus design era. This item is a wonderful addition to every modern home. The design of this piece remember of the style of Mathieu Matégot. Dimensions: Height 69cm Diameter 24cm Condition: This item is in a good vintage condition with normal traces of use and a wonderful patina of over 60 years. Some minimal rusty spots on the bottom inside.
