This is a tall antique hallway stick stand. An English, cast iron umbrella rack, dating to the Victorian period, circa 1870. A stately and decorative piece, offering superb form and presence for the refined entranceway. Of excellent proportion, ideal for grand hallways or vestibule interiors Fascinating arched back panel with pierced fretwork and elegant relief scrollwork Beaded finish accentuates the outer edge of the stick loop and drip tray surround Classic Victorian graphite finish, with an even tone and subtle aged patina Removable drip tray contained neatly within the base, offering easy cleaning Open rack arrangement accommodates a generous selection of canes or umbrellas Strong and stable stance, supported by a broad, tiered base with inset feet This antique umbrella stand is a handsome and practical hallway companion, combining ornate cast iron craftsmanship with excellent decorative appeal.
