About the Item

Elegant set of four hand-sewn drapery panels in luminous blue iridescent silk. Each is fully double-lined in flannel and cotton for insulation and weight, and finished with deep pinch pleats. Of a uniform color, the silk shimmers between sapphire and midnight hues depending on the light. The panels exhibit the craftsmanship and detailing associated with Old World Weavers, renowned for couture-quality textiles and custom interior furnishings. Originally made for a Southampton estate, they exemplify refined taste and timeless sophistication—ideal for traditional, coastal, or transitional interiors. Dimensions: Each panel approximately: Height: 99 in. (251 cm) Width: 28 in. (71 cm) Condition: Good.
