17th Century Pair Of Flemish Tapestry Fragments, worked in coloured threads with Ceres and another goddess within arbours with cherubs, more recently adapted as pillow / cushions, with gold thread and tassels on each of the ends.
In the latter part of the 19th century and into the 20th century it was fashionable to make cushions from earlier tapestry fragments.
