Antique Victorian paisley shawl - fine jacquard weave pattern featuring boteh and florals with hearts at the corners and a solid black center - fine woven border and fringe to two ends - self woven edges on the other sides - 100% wool - unsigned - circa 1850's.
Good antique condition - a few holes scattered throughout (see photographs) - fringe thinning/loss - no apparent repairs or restoration.
