A sustainable design brand based out of Michigan, Studio Variously exclusively collaborates with artisan communities to restore and Revive ancient techniques by exploring custom modern designs in textile based products.
Folio Ebony pillow is luxurious and exquisite with its unique shibori print created by using natural leaves which are used to create stencils to create this beautiful pattern. Handcrafted carefully to form symmetrical intricate pattern on a natural indigo base that blends in to form a Classic design. As this pillow is 100% handmade from start to finish, each piece is unique.
In this pillow we have used high quality 60 gms silk that is beautifully enhancing this unique shibori pattern. Premium quality of organic dye is used by master shibori artisans in India. The same natural dye is sourced from farms local to the artisan community. This silk is first carefully hand dyed using organic dyes that are free of toxic chemicals. This also ensures longevity and makes our pillows sustainable and timeless for luxurious interior spaces. Requiring attention to detail and finishing, Folio Ebony pillow beautifully combines heritage value and high quality craftsmanship supporting artisanal clusters ethically.
Size: 20 inches x 20 inches square pillow (Down filler included in the price) If down filler is not required please inquire as price will change.

Color: Front is shades of ebony and gold. Back of pillow is dyed solid ebony.

Wash care: Hand wash with mild detergent and cold water only, hang dry, avoid direct sunlight.
Packaging: Each cushion comes in a square cotton canvas pouch, which allows the textile to breath, and this can be re-used for storage.
