About the Item
Made from an antique Chinese silk textile, this large rectangular lumbar pillow is refined yet opulent. It is fabricated from an Asian brocade antique textile and luxurious 19th century silk velvets. The Chinese textile inspired the combination of velvets in the deepest bottle green with the luscious burnt orange.
A thick antique gold metallic thread band appliqué separates the various fabrics. The perimeter of the pillow is flanged with an antique metallic thread gold ribbon folded to an elegant width. The pillow is beautifully finished on the front and back with a similar design in coordinating colors, creating a reversible design. These antique textiles are uniquely combined so It can work well in any style decor-from traditional to modern.
Each pillow is meticulously sewn by hand, with a color-matched zipper, invisibly incorporated into each item. A luxurious 100% down pillow insert is also included in each pillow. Every pillow is a unique, one of a kind item.
