About the Item
This pair of hand-crafted pillows was designed by a local Chicago artist and textile historian who lovingly repurposes the vintage fabrics, garments and embroidery fragments she collects during her travels. An ideal accent to a pair of armchairs, the little pillows are sewn from fragments of a hand-woven Hungarian wool textile from the early 20th century. The red wool fabric is embroidered with abstract floral motifs in yellow and green thread, backed in off-white linen and finished with a knotted fringe at either end.
