Refined pair of embroidered silk cushions, brown silk velvet back, and upholstered. They were made in 1982 by an old Mastercraftsman from Prato (Italy) who handmade the two pillows with care and precision using two scraps of fabric that we had entrusted to him; they were two precious and valuable French silk fabrics embroidered with graceful and delicate multicolored flowers; the accuracy, the quality of the embroidery and the skilled hands of the Master from Prato, were able to transform these old silk fabrics into two personal and unique pillows full of a timeless elegance (the floral embroideries are clearly different from one pillow to another). We want to remember that the city of Prato is considered the largest textile center in the world, its craftsmen and companies, highly specialized, are a reference point for creativity, quality, and excellence.
