With their brilliant colors and bold design, Ikats are some of the most distinct and sought after fabrics produced in the world. This pair of handmade silk Ikat pillows are done with Scalamndre fabric are down filled and both tied and dyed by hand. This makes each Ikat design one of a kind.
The singularity of these sought after fabrics caught the attention of contemporary fabric designers, most recently, Oscar de la Renta who featured Ikats in his designs beginning in 1997.
