This hand-crafted pillow was designed by a local Chicago artist and textile historian who lovingly repurposes the vintage fabrics, garments and embroidery fragments she collects during her travels. This petite, down-filled pillow is sewn in a metallic-colored silk and faced with a fragment of early 20th century Austrian silk. The navy blue silk brocade is woven with abstract patterns and a central motif of flower blossoms, enclosed with a thin, gold metallic trim.
