Silk embroidery on cotton fabric from Swat Valley of Pakistan. It does not come with an insert but it comes with a bag made to the size and out of cotton to accommodate the filling. The backing is made of linen. Please note filling is not provided. Since the item mentioned above is either antique, old, or vintage it is not in brand new condition.
