This hand-crafted pillow was designed by a local Chicago artist and textile historian who lovingly repurposes the vintage fabrics, garments and embroidery fragments she collects during her travels. Down-filled and backed in off-white linen, this colorful throw pillow is sewn with vintage Indian cotton, block-printed with diamonds and floral scrollwork in a palette of red-orange, yellow and green. The textile is finished with an allover running stitch for a subtle quilted texture.
