An exceptional decorative pillow crafted from 19th century French metallic and chenille embroidered appliqués, meticulously hand-sewn onto a luxurious cream-colored silk velvet ground. The intricate floral and foliate motifs display beautiful depth and patina, with softly aged metallic threads and richly textured chenille lending warmth and historical character.
The reverse is finished in matching silk velvet, and the pillow is framed with an elegant multicolored silk tassel fringe along the sides, adding movement and refinement. Professionally constructed with a hidden zipper and a plush down-filled insert, this pillow is both decorative and indulgently comfortable.
