A beautiful vintage white beaded handbag with brass hardware decorated with Mother-Of-Pearl, pastel enamels and marcasite details, circa early to mid-20th century. Europe (likely France, Holland or Belgium.) Closure specifically is marcasite, pastel enamel of pink and blue, and mother-of-pearl. Brass chain strap has detailed miniature 'Windmills' as shown. Inside a cream satin lining with internal pocket. Handbag is not marked but likely from France, Holland or Belgium, based on similar examples. Dimensions: 1.75" Depth x 9.5" Width x 5.75" Height.
