Artist Statement: “I am heavily inspired by color and the way color engages with one another, though they were conversations and there are endless conversations to be had. I am fascinated with the power color has to draw the viewer in and connect”. “The way I paint feels like a game, the smallest edition of a shape or use of color can transform the painting. The evolution of each painting can come quickly if each move fits with the next, and some can be a complex journey of changes and wrong moves. Either way, a piece builds and builds until everything ‘fits’.
